ENTREPRENEURS’ SUPPORT
Our priority is to support local entrepreneurs to develop their services to the communities by providing monthly analysis of water quality, technical assistance and a promoting support to reach the maximum of beneficiaries;
In 2024 , O-we network represents almost 1,000 entrepreneurs and operators who sell 262M liters per year allowing more than 1.152.000 beneficiaries, including 387.000 schoolchildren to benefit every day from safe drinking water every day in 18 provinces.
O-we water is the first water brand in rural areas in Cambodia !
Our support comprises several services:

Teuk Saat 1001 tests the water quality of all water kiosks every month to determine microbiological, physical, and chemical parameters, and ensure the water is safe to drink. Indeed, to comply with the WHO guidelines for drinking water, quality is our top priority.

Provide all water kiosks with spare parts and high-quality consumables needed for daily production.

A part of its activities Teuk Saat 1001 is providing technical Assistance and R&D services to improve water quality and solve water kiosks issues. The technical team also anticipates regulatory developments and adapts daily operations to make them more efficient and improve ergonomics for entrepreneurs.

After the opening of each kiosk, an awareness campaign is organized in the commune to meet future beneficiaries and introduce them the benefits of safe drinking water.

Every month, each entrepreneur receives the visit of a Technical Advisor to carry out operational supervision. This objective is to verify water quality compliance, sales performances, and identify possible challenges or technical issues.

Our team supports our entrepreneurs in business development to increase their sales. This support consists of regular sales intervention, the provision of a sales catalog and the organization of annual commercial challenges.

Networking is also part of Teuk Saat 1001’s activities. Our team is dedicated to building and strengthening ties with our entrepreneurs and their communities. To do this, we carry out: monthly reviews and follow-ups, annual Sales Challenges, training and seminars, and we communicate every week with our entrepreneurs.
ENTREPRENEURS' WORDS

Yi Vatanac – O-we Entrepreneur

“The seminar for entrepreneurs was very useful. I learned a lot from others who have been doing this for over a year. This helped me better understand key success factors, such as improving sales, leveraging the benefits of home delivery, managing the challenges associated with shopkeeper delivery, and managing bottles efficiently. I plan to implement these best practices to drive sales. Plus, it was great to meet other entrepreneurs and chat more easily with them.“
Soy Sareth – O-we Entrepreneur
“I was a migrant working in Thailand for a long time. I left all my children with my mother because we had no choice. I had to earn my living working as a construction worker in Thailand. I missed my children and my family. Thanks to the Teuk Saat 1001 project, I now have a better job that allows me to earn a living in my hometown. I can live with my children and, even more, I can provide clean water to my villagers.“
